1. Return Conditions
- Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and serial number/GTIN tags intact.
- Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We never charge restocking fees).
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at Contact@leafanoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Securely package the item and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse (typically within 2 business days of arrival), we will process your refund immediately. The credit will automatically apply to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days depending on your card issuer.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free immediate replacement or a 100% full refund at no cost to you.
